It relies on your location where you are. Your Order normally gets processed here in 5-7 business days to arrive. Across the globe, deliveries may take anywhere from 7-16 days. The estimated time will be shown while you're selecting anything. But exact details will be provided while we send you a confirmation email.

From there, click modify my order next to the order with the item you'd want to cancel. Select the "cancel" button and click on it. It is given next to the item. However, If you want to cancel the item after that time, please contact us by mail or call. Till the time your items have not shipped, we are normally able to cancel your order. Personalized items and a few of the products that arrive directly from our vendors to you are subject to special requests.

You may be or may not be able to change the shipping address. Go to My Orders if your order has still not shipped. It can be changed. However, shipping charges may vary depending on the location, please notice that other orders purchased during free shipping will be delivered to that same address.
