Domestic Shipping Policy:
Shipment processing time on all orders are processed within [5-10 business days].

Deliveries are done within the week, but you can request delivery on a weekend if that delivery option is available.

Expect delays during public holidays and natural disasters. The company will communicate such delays via text message or email if such communication was provided by customer.

Please provide your correct contact and address at checkout. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address.

A tracking number will be provided after your order is fully processed by the supplier. Customers must communicate an email or phone number to receive such notifications.

Customs, duties, and taxes:
MAJOVI FASHION & ACCESSORIES is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:
MAJOVI FASHION & ACCESSORIES is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team* directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:
MAJOVI FASHION & ACCESSORIES delivers only to Jamaica for now, until further notice. International Shipping is expected between 15-30 days.
